Dr. Christian has spent well over 10 years helping his patients recover from injury, progress to achieve a healthy more active life, and improve their overall functional capabilities through education, proper coaching, and the use of evidence based health care interventions ranging from proper programming to manual interventions.
Christian achieved his first degree at West Virginia University in athletic training working closely with leaders in the field of athletic training, coaching, physical therapy, and strength and conditioning to help athletes maintain proper diet, health, and progress to improve their overall ability to perform their sport. He formerly served as the head Athletic Trainer at Holy Cross High School for 3 years before deciding to return to school to pursue his doctorate at Temple University.
Certifications/Areas of Interest: Christian is a licensed Athletic Trainer, Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist and has taken coursework through Selective Functional Movement Assessment, clinical athlete powerlifting, and precision nutrition.
Christian works closely with barbell athletes focusing on achieving their goals, improving their nutritional awareness, and rehab their injuries while still setting PRs.
Personal Interest: Christian enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including fishing, surfing and rock climbing. He also enjoys hiking with his dogs and traveling with his wife. He also dedicates his time to a sports nutrition and coaching program.
Chiropractor
Dr. Ron Donato was born and raised in South Jersey and is a Lenape High School alumnus. He graduated from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Ron is a National Board Certified New Jersey Chiropractor with advanced certificates in Physiotherapy, Sport Science and Human Performance.
